> Gil Beurnier in the 9th Jet Waves

Gil Beurnier will be one of the competitors
of 9° Jet Waves Championship, that will happen in the 07,
08 and September 09, 2007, in Itajaí, Santa Catarina.

Gil thinks the level of the competition is very loud and that
every year strong competitors appear. His objective in the sport
is always to improve, learn and change experiences with the
other pilots.
Pilot of the category Stand-Up, he obtained
his best placements in Nation Cup 2006 and in Jet Jump 2006,
where he got the first place in both. For this apprentice of
Jet-ski since 1988, the largest difficulty faced even today
in the sport was and still is, to stay in the top of the classificatory
tables.
Gil practice in the Southwest of France twice
a week. He surfs everyday and at least once a week ride a motorcycle
cross, that he likes so much of jet-ski, because it is the only
sport that gathers the speed of the cross with the contact with
the sea and the waves.
As tips of safety, Beurnier advises to always
protect your body and head, but without forgetting of the environment.
For the competitions he get ready surfing, riding motorcycle
and bicycle.
With a great expectation, as well as all the
competitors, he wants to win and to be among the three better
of the world, because he is best the fourth. As a good patriot,
Gil feel great to represent his country, "The French pilots
are in the top", complements him.
