9th Jet Waves - Arkadius Schramek
Arkadius Schramek will be one of the competitors of 9° Jet
Waves Championship, that will happen in the 07, 08 and September
09, 2007, in Itajaí, Santa Catarina. Check the interview!
Arkadius lives in Germany and will come especially to Brazil
for the Brazilian stage of Free Ride, which he says to be great,
"Here you the best of the best in equipment", comments.
About the competition he stands out that the
level of the competition is very high and he still saying that
the competitors are so well or better than they, German. He
use to pilot with his friends, which use all free time in the
rivers of Germany. " The rivers are not like the waves
of Portugal, France or Brazil, but we give our best", complements.
He use to ride every weekeend and when have
some time during the week. Moved by the thought "just for
fun" Arkadius began to compete three years ago, and 2007
are being the first year to compete in waves.
Participant of the category Stand Up, his largest
conquests in the sport were the first place of 17th World Finals
in Portugal and the second in German Flatwater Freestyle.
His beginning in the sport was with an used
and damaged jet-sky Kawasaki JS300, and now he competes with
a Yamaha Superjet, for him the best jet-ski already built. For
him the most difficult maneuver are "Double Barrelroll"
and "In the hand Backflip". What enchants him in this
sport is the possibilities of things that can be done with jet-ski
with or without waves.
This beginner in Jet Waves advises the whole
ones that ride jet-ski always use helmet and never ride alone.
When talks about training he is not sstressed, only ride for
pleasure. Arkadius prefers competitions of high level, because
it makes him trying getting better.
Arkadius concludes thanking to the family that
always supported him in the sport and in the competitions and
especially his father, that turned everything this possible
when he was younger. Without forgetting, of the friends that
always help him and the whole ones that like to see them "
flying".
